We are currently recruiting for a Coach Builder on behalf of our client, a reputable company based in South Worcestershire. • Basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000+ depending on experience and skills

Duties of the Coach Builder:\n

\n
• Hand-building bespoke sports cars to exacting standards
\n
• Traditional aluminium coachbuilding and body panel fabrication
\n
• Using the English Wheel for hand-forming and shaping aluminium panels
\n
• Panel fabrication, metal finishing, and preparation
\n
• Fitting and aligning body panels with high precision
\n
• Contributing to low-volume vehicle manufacturing and bespoke automotive projects
\n
• Producing high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail
\n

Requirements of the Coach Builder:\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Coach Builder
\n
• Strong traditional aluminium coachbuilding skills
\n
• Proficiency with panel fabrication, metal finishing, and panel alignment
\n
• Experience in classic vehicle restoration or low-volume vehicle manufacture is advantageous
\n
• A genuine passion for traditional automotive craftsmanship
\n
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
\n
