Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll provide commercial insight, challenge and support to drive performance and influence key strategic decisions. This is a highly visible role, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a central part in shaping business performance, improving profitability and supporting future growth.Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a trusted financial adviser to operational and commercial stakeholders.
\n
• Deliver insightful management information, financial analysis and performance reporting.
\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
\n
• Develop robust financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
\n
• Provide commercial challenge and recommendations to improve business performance.
\n
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks and trends.
\n
• Support investment appraisals, pricing decisions and business improvement projects.
\n
• Influence decision-making through clear financial insight and meaningful analysis.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and financial processes.
\n
• Partner with senior management to improve financial understanding across the business.
\n

About You\n

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
\n
• Strong Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance experience.
\n
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
\n
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
\n
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of business drivers.
\n
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and engaging manner.
\n
• Experience operating within a fast-paced and changing environment.
\n
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
\n
