We are seeking an experienced Restructure, Change & TUPE Specialist to lead and support organisational change projects across our business. This interim role is crucial for providing expert guidance on restructures, workforce transformation, redundancy programmes, organisational design, and TUPE transfers, ensuring compliance with employment legislation while delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Organisational Change & Restructuring:\n
      \n
    • Lead and support organisation-wide restructuring and transformation projects.
    • \n
    • Develop and implement workforce change plans aligned to business objectives.
    • \n
    • Conduct organisational design reviews and workforce planning exercises.
    • \n
    • Prepare business cases, risk assessments, and change impact analyses.
    • \n
  • \n
  • TUPE Management:\n
      \n
    • Manage both incoming and outgoing TUPE transfers, ensuring due diligence and compliance.
    • \n
    • Coordinate information and consultation requirements, supporting post-transfer integration.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Employee Relations & Consultation:\n
      \n
    • Manage collective consultation processes, including redundancy programmes.
    • \n
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with Trade Union representatives and employee forums.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Stakeholder Management:\n
      \n
    • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver change strategies.
    • \n
    • Deliver presentations, briefings, and workshops to support change initiatives.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Governance & Compliance:\n
      \n
    • Ensure all change programmes adhere to employment law and company policies.
    • \n
    • Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates.
    • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    \n
  • Significant experience in leading complex organisational restructures and change programmes.
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing TUPE transfers.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, redundancy, and consultation processes.
  • \n
  • Experience working within unionised environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Desirable: Public sector, healthcare, or regulated sector experience; CIPD qualification; Project management skills.
