HSE Advisor

Our Client:Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in the North East, who are looking to appoint an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional to support and drive HSE compliance and continuous improvement activities across their site operations.The Role:\n

The HSE Advisor will play a key role in helping the business maintain a safe and compliant working environment, while supporting ongoing improvement projects across the operation.

\n

Duties will include supporting site compliance activities, carrying out workplace assessments, investigating incidents, delivering training and working with managers to continually improve standards across the business. The role will also involve monitoring performance, maintaining records and helping to drive a positive approach to health, safety and environmental management.

About You:\n

We're looking for candidates with strong HSE experience gained within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.

You will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate, minimum
\n
• Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk assessment processes, including ISO14001 and 45001
\n
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations
\n
• Able to communicate confidently across all levels of the business
\n
• A proactive approach and genuine passion for Health, Safety and Environmental improvement
