Job Description
We are looking for patient, resilient and experienced Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a young adult with a learning disability in a family home.

The role includes:
\n
• Prompting with personal care and daily routines
\n
• Supporting communication – Makaton experience desirable
\n
• Positive behaviour support and managing behaviours that may challenge
\n
• Supporting community access, education and activities
\n
• Encouraging independence and meaningful activities such as cooking and baking
\n
• Supporting attendance at an education centre and farm placement
\n
\n
Shift Pattern: 2:1 support | 12-hour day and night shifts
\n
\n
Driver preferred but not essential – a vehicle is available for support.
\n
\n
