Organisational Development Manager

Band 7 Organisational Development / Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development professional to support a transformation programme within the NHS.

Contract: 1st September 2026 to March 2027

Rate: £34.11 per hour

Location: Predominantly remote, with occasional travel to the Midlands

The role will provide OD support across organisational change and transformation, with a particular focus on the people impact of change and embedding new ways of working.

Key experience required includes:

• Supporting organisational change and transformation
\n
• Developing, delivering and evaluating OD interventions
\n
• Designing blended learning solutions
\n
• Leadership and management development
\n
• Strong stakeholder management
\n
• Supporting teams and leaders to implement and embed a new Target Operating Model
\n

Previous NHS experience would be highly beneficial.
