\nWe are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the recruitment of a People Relations Manager to join their People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations professional to provide expert support on complex ER and Industrial Relations matters across a large, multi-site organisation.
\nWorking closely with senior leaders and People teams, you will provide practical advice on employee relations issues, support organisational change initiatives, develop policies and procedures, and help drive a consistent and compliant approach to people management.
\nThe Role
\nAs People Relations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering specialist Employee Relations support and helping leaders navigate complex people challenges.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters \n
- Supporting managers and stakeholders with complex ER cases \n
- Assisting with organisational change projects, including redundancy and TUPE processes \n
- Developing HR policies, guidance and manager toolkits \n
- Supporting industrial relations activity and trade union engagement \n
- Monitoring employment law changes and providing practical advice \n
- Managing ER risk, compliance and tribunal tracking \n
- Delivering coaching and guidance to managers and HR colleagues \n
About You
\nWe are looking for a confident and experienced HR professional with strong Employee Relations expertise and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
\nYou will bring:

- Previous experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or HR Management role \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice \n
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases \n
- Exposure to organisational change, redundancy and TUPE processes \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Experience developing HR policies and guidance \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities \n
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience (desirable) \n
