Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Active SLP license (Colorado or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite SLP services for students for 37.5 hours per week across the full school year
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
