Home time should be predictable. If we miss your scheduled home time due to no fault of your own, we will add $350 to your next paycheck—no questions asked.

Compensation and Miles- Pay Rate: 58-70 cents per mile, depending on experience.
- Mileage: Average of 2,300–2,500 miles per week, with potential for over 3,000 miles.
- Additional Pay: Compensation for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
- Merit Pay: Eligible within the first 60 days of employment.
- Longevity Pay: Increases annually.
- Referral Bonus: Earn rewards for bringing in new drivers.
Drive a late-model International LT625, fully automatic, with an average fleet age of 2 years. Each truck is equipped with:
- SiriusXM All Access
- CB Radio
- APU and inverter
- Refrigerator and TV mount
- Optional in-cab Wi-Fi

Requirements- Valid CDL-A license.
- At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
- Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
- Clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
