Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate storage of products and the efficient preparation of orders for shipment. This position involves operating various freight label and metering systems, processing orders through the Client ERP system, and maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment. Working collaboratively as part of a team, the associate supports divisional initiatives while complying with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to upholding company dress code policies.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately store products in the warehouse to maintain inventory integrity
  • Prepare and label packages for shipping using various freight systems
  • Process orders efficiently using the Client ERP system
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure a safe working environment
  • Coordinate shipping activities in daily preparations for dispatch
  • Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
  • Support divisional initiatives and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Operate handheld scanners and related equipment to track inventory and shipments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in inventory management and order processing
  • Experience with ERP systems and shipping/receiving procedures
  • Knowledge of labeling and packaging best practices
  • Strong safety compliance and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Dress Code

  • Closed-toe shoes required at all times
  • Long pants must be worn; shorts are not allowed
  • Pants must be worn at waist level with no visible undergarments
  • Hats of any type are prohibited
  • Hooded sweatshirts allowed only with hoods down
  • Tank tops, cutoff shirts, and offensive shirts prohibited
  • Sunglasses not allowed on the distribution center floor
