School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Canon City, CO | 2026-2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Canon City, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. Both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply!

This is a great opportunity to work with a preschool population in an inclusive service model while collaborating closely with educators and other school professionals. If you're an SLP who prefers working with a different age group, there may be flexibility depending on district needs.

Job Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Canon City, CO
• School Year: August 12, 2026 – May 20, 2027
• Full-Time
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Schedule varies throughout the month:
  • 2 weeks per month: 4 days per week
  • 2 weeks per month: 5 days per week
• Preschool caseload
• Approximately 35–45 students
• Inclusive service delivery model
• CCC-SLPs and CFYs welcome to apply
• Potential flexibility with age group based on candidate preference and district needs
• Pay Rate: $42-50/hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply if eligible for Colorado licensure and appropriate supervision
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
