LHH is partnering with a company in the hospitality industry to identify a temporary to hire Accounts Payable Specialist. The main tasks for this individual will be processing invoices, paying vendors, and reconciling accounts. The manager is looking for someone with at least three years of full cycle AP experience. This position is located in Bellevue, WA and is a fully in-office role. Responsibilities:

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely entry into the accounting system.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and other payment methods.
- Maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation, banking information, and account setup updates.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to answer payment inquiries and resolve outstanding issues.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices and pending approvals.
- Support month-end close activities by reconciling AP accounts and assisting with accruals and financial reporting requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume accounting environment.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, three-way matching, account coding, and vendor payment procedures.
- Advanced attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of transactions while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with experience researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, and basic spreadsheet analysis.
