About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to students across K-12 age students. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students in achieving their educational and developmental goals within a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills necessary for educational participation.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
