Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) retraining, mobility, and functional tasks.
• Document resident progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Encourage safety and promote independence among residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
