Position Highlights: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough health assessments and manage both acute and chronic conditions Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Educate patients and families on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyles Why Join Us?
