This contract position is ideal for an energetic Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about fostering communication skills in both early childhood and high school learners. Your expertise will help students find their voice and confidence, ensuring lasting academic and social success.

Key Details:

  • Contract runs from August 24, 2026, to February 5, 2027
  • Full-time role: 37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday
  • Unique opportunity to work with high school students from August to November, then early childhood learners from November to February

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in speech and communication disorders
  • Current, active SLP licensure issued by the state of Michigan
  • Experience in school settings is preferred, though passionate and adaptable new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting caseloads from older students to the youngest learners

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to support student progress
  • Document interventions and measure student outcomes
