Compensation: $31.41 - $38.42 per hour

Job Overview:Working alongside the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will be an integral part of the team, responsible for delivering tailored, age-appropriate care to patients. This role involves maintaining a safe environment that promotes positive patient outcomes and ensuring that patients' physiological responses during surgery align with expectations within the surgical suite and the broader perioperative division.
Qualifications:- Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Surgical Technician training program
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in scrubbing for various service lines, including robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases, and trauma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make calls, demonstrate flexibility, multitask, and work independently
- Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) is mandatory
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association is required
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Every other weekend and holiday
- Part-time position
