Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess BCBA certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical expertise and leadership to ensure the success of each assigned client case.
  • Provide direct services, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and oversight of client cases.
  • Consult on and cover cases assigned to other Clinical Supervisors as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical practice and client satisfaction through consistent service delivery.
  • Mentor and support the clinical team, fostering professional development and success.
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week / 110 hours per month).
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to tailor individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and document the progress of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in line with BACB standards.
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatment strategies.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance metrics to clinical team members.
  • Train teachers, technicians, and parents using Behavior Skills Training (BST) methods.
  • Collaborate with school personnel for student observations and behavioral recommendations, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in ABA and clinical practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear language and accurate grammar.
  • Ability to effectively manage billable and non-billable hours, including onsite and in-office supervision.
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset; bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
Working Conditions

This role may involve travel to various locations, including Sylmar, Granada Hills, San Fernando, Northridge, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Burbank, Woodland Hills, Encino, Universal City, Glendale, and nearby areas.
