Job Overview

Here’s what you can expect from this position:

• $350 Home Time Guarantee if we fail to meet your scheduled home time.
• Guaranteed home for two consecutive nights each week—stay out longer if that suits you better.
• Average starting pay of $1,750/week (for those with 2+ years of experience) — consistent and dedicated freight.
• You will have your own assigned truck, which is a late-model vehicle (average fleet age: 2 years).
• Our dispatch team is responsive and familiar with your name.

Compensation and Pay Structure

• Pay rate of 58-70 cents per mile (depending on experience).
• Compensation for picks, drops, detention, layovers, and tarping.
• Merit pay available within the first 60 days.
• Annual longevity pay increases.

Your Truck

You will be driving a late-model International LT625 (average fleet age: 2 years) with fully automatic transmission.

• Equipped with SiriusXM All Access and a CB Radio.
• Includes APU inverter.
• Features a refrigerator, TV mount, and optional in-cab Wi-Fi.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• A minimum of 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
• Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
• A clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
