Join Our Team as a Gastroenterologist

We are looking for a dedicated Gastroenterologist (MD or DO) to become part of our growing practice in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, and we welcome H-1B visa candidates.

About the Role

As a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Gastroenterologist, you will excel in our outpatient clinic and advanced endoscopy suite.

Practice Highlights
  • Practice Environment: Outpatient, hospital-based, single-specialty group.
  • Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced 4/10 work week (3 days in endoscopy, 1 day in clinic).
  • On-Call Requirements: No on-call duties or weekend shifts.
  • Current Team: Comprising 4 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers.
  • Clinical Volume: Handle 14-16 endoscopy cases daily, with an average annual wRVU of approximately 8,794.
  • Endoscopy Center: Features 6 procedure suites and 18 private patient prep/recovery rooms.
  • Outpatient Pavilion: Conveniently located just a short walk from the main hospital campus.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside a collegial medical staff and a robust network for patient referrals, with a strong partnership with the General Surgery team.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Gastroenterology.
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.
  • A genuine passion for providing cutting-edge care in community settings.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $592,988.00.
  • Potential Incentive: $29,649.00.
  • Total First-Year Compensation: $622,638.00.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 with a 2-year commitment.
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500.
