You will work with a varied caseload that includes orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and general orthopedic cases. Job Type

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week). Availability for evening shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays is required, while other scheduling options can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your success will be driven by:

  • Utilizing clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify root causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Implementing skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
  • Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice).
  • Demonstrate a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Hold current CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting, though new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience from clinical fieldwork are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment is highly desirable.
Compensation

Compensation ranges from $85K to $112K+, which includes productivity incentives. There are additional earning opportunities for those interested in a higher-volume caseload model, as well as further compensation for obtaining certifications.
