\n What You'll Do as a Day Program Professional \n
\nAs a Day Program Professional, you will support individuals in a structured daytime setting, leading engaging activities, building skills, and promoting independence and community inclusion.\n
\n Daily Responsibilities \n
\n* Lead structured activities including social, recreational, and community-based programming\n
\n* Support individuals in building independence, social skills, and daily living skills\n
\n* Implement individual service plans and support progress toward personal goals\n
\n* Ensure health, safety, and dignity of individuals during program hours, transportation, and community outings\n
\n* Provide personal care and administer medications as needed (training provided)\n
\n* Promote inclusion and positive community engagement\n
\n* Utilize crisis prevention and intervention strategies to support individuals safely\n
\n* Complete required documentation including daily logs and incident reports\n
\n* Transport individuals and supervise activities in community settings\n
\n
