Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Drafter for a direct hire opportunity in Carrollton, TX. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, accountable, and motivated professional with strong 3D AutoCAD or CAD/CAM experience and a background in production drafting for custom fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
- Create construction drawings, setup drawings, floor plans, and cut lists for trade show exhibits and custom fabrication projects.
- Specify materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details to support accurate production and installation.
- Collaborate with account executives, fabrication teams, and production staff to ensure designs are constructible, cost effective, and shippable.
- Translate design concepts and project requirements into detailed technical drawings for shop production.
- Support CNC machining and fabrication workflows involving wood, laminate, metal, acrylic, and related materials.
- Review drawings for accuracy, code considerations, material usage, and production efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $27 to $35 per hour.
- Schedule availability: 7 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility.
