Quick Facts Location: 5400 Clearfork Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107 Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date: 03/02/2027 Schedule: Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certifications: Texas license (pending accepted), Board Certified in Surgery (required) Experience: 2+ years in surgical settings preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $114.57/hr Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time per state and federal laws 24/7 dedicated team support to ensure your success What You’ll Do Provide surgical first assist for multiple specialties, including Urology, Gyn Oncology, Endo Surgery, and Otology Assist with approximately 2-3 cases per day, with a focus on robotic surgeries in select areas Support intraoperative procedures in the operating room, serving as primary first assist Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative flow Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards in an inpatient/outpatient setting Contribute to surgical team efforts during scheduled OR blocks What You Need Current Texas nursing license (pending acceptance acceptable) Board certification in Surgery or related specialty Minimum 2 years surgical experience, preferably in a hospital environment Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt to various specialties and procedures Prior experience with robotic surgery a plus About the Assignment This exciting opportunity is based at a leading facility in Fort Worth, TX, specializing in a variety of surgical disciplines with a committed team that values quality care and professional excellence.
