360X Staffing is hiring for Structural Welders (FCAW) in South Point, OH. Marine experience required! Pay: $30/hr plus $130 per diem for days worked Job Summary Join a leading barge manufacturing team building new inland river barges. We are seeking experienced Structural Welders with strong FCAW (Flux Core) welding skills who can produce high-quality welds while working in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding on new barge construction.
\n
• Weld carbon steel using .0.45 Flux Core (FCAW) wire.
\n
• Complete fillet welds and groove welds in accordance with welding procedures.
\n
• Weld in 2G, 3G, and 4G positions.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
\n
• Inspect welds for quality and maintain production standards.
\n
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Shipyard FCAW welding experience.
\n
• Proficient using .0.45 Flux Core wire.
\n
• Ability to successfully complete a practical weld test consisting of fillet and groove welds in the 2G, 3G, and 4G positions.
\n
• Experience reading fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
\n
• Ability to work safely in a heavy industrial shipyard environment.
\n
• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
\n

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: 60+ hours per week
