Join our team and enjoy a $350 Home Time Guarantee if we fail to meet your scheduled home time. We ensure you are home for two consecutive nights each week, with the option to stay out longer if that suits you better.
Our average starting pay is $1,750 per week for drivers with over two years of experience, providing consistent and dedicated freight. You will be assigned your own late-model truck, with an average fleet age of just two years. Our dispatch team is responsive and familiar with your name, ensuring a personal touch.

Compensation and Benefits- Mileage Pay: 58-70 cents per mile (based on experience)

You will drive a late-model International LT625, fully automatic, with an average fleet age of two years. Each truck is equipped with:
- SiriusXM All Access
- CB Radio
- APU and inverter
- Refrigerator and TV mount
- Optional in-cab Wi-Fi

Requirements- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
- Consistent work history (no more than two employers per year)
- Clean driving record (no more than four minor violations, one preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last three years)
