Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst || Location: Tallahassee, FL || Duration: Full-time Primary Responsibilities Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and business-process discussions. Analyze current systems, workflows, business rules, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Document functional and nonfunctional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and system specifications. Translate business needs into clear requirements for architects, developers, integration teams, data teams, and quality assurance professionals. Maintain requirements traceability and support scope, impact, dependency, and change analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions and confirm alignment with business objectives. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and release planning. Assist with workflow design, data mapping, system integrations, reporting, security, and user-access requirements. Develop test scenarios, support system and user acceptance testing, and assist with defect clarification and resolution. Support training materials, user documentation, implementation readiness, and business transition activities. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
