Family Law Attorney

We are seeking experienced Family Law Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities

• Advise and communicate with clients through meetings, calls, and email

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Prepare Marital Balance Sheets and organize case strategy

• Manage litigation matters and ensure all deadlines are met

• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trials

• Advocate effectively for clients in contested family law matters

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law litigation experience

• Active Georgia Bar license required

• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and legal writing skills

• Ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate, client-focused, and highly organized professional
