Quick Facts: Location: Fargo, ND (3000 32nd Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58103) Start Date: 08/04/2026 Schedule: Travel twice per month (Sunday arrivals, work Monday-Thursday, depart Friday during 2nd & 4th weeks) Duration: Ongoing assignment with potential for extension Shift & Hours: 10 OR days and 12 clinic days per month, flexible timing Hours per Week: Consistent with assignment needs Employment Type: Contract, W-2 provided Licensure/Certs: ND medical license, Board Certified or Eligible in Urology, appropriate certifications (if applicable) Experience: Preferred 1+ year in Female Pelvic Medicine/Reconstructive Surgery Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: specific pay details discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout the assignment What You’ll Do: Provide specialized care in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Perform surgical procedures in the operating room (OR) as scheduled Conduct outpatient clinics for patient evaluations and follow-up care Collaborate with a collegial team of healthcare professionals Utilize newer urodynamics equipment in a supportive environment Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and procedures Contribute to patient education and treatment planning What You Need: Valid medical license in North Dakota or ability to quickly obtain Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (specialized in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery) Experience with urodynamics and pelvic reconstructive procedures preferred Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach Willingness to travel as required for the assignment About the Assignment: Join a leading healthcare provider in Fargo, ND, renowned for delivering high-quality urological care.
