Compensation

Pay Range: $39 - $46.50 per hour, depending on prior experience.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekends.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification.
Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

  • Manage cases, coordinate care, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for clients, utilizing nursing theory and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Review client referral information and respond to inquiries appropriately.
  • Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
  • Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care situations.
  • Perform duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

Experience Required
  • 2 years of nursing experience, including a mix of long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.
  • Preferred: Experience in home care.
Education Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications Required
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Registered Nurse license.
