Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living community. This position involves evaluating mobility, strength, and balance, as well as developing personalized treatment plans. You will implement evidence-based therapeutic practices aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments of residents' mobility, strength, and balance.
• Creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Providing evidence-based therapy to enhance residents' well-being.
• Collaborating with nursing and caregiving teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educating residents and their families about therapy processes and outcomes.
• Documenting progress and results in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
