LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter/HR Coordinator at our manufacturing client in Collegeville, PA. Our client is seeking is a temporary HR Coordinator / Recruiting Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume recruiting for direct labor roles across our manufacturing sites. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, reviewing applicants, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate follow-up, and helping site HR teams move candidates quickly through the hiring process.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting hourly or manufacturing recruiting, is highly organized, communicates well with candidates and hiring managers, and can manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for direct labor manufacturing roles, including machine operators, production operators, utility operators, rolling operators, atomizing specialists, and similar hourly positions.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet basic job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to confirm interest, work history, shift availability, pay expectations, attendance/reliability, and ability to meet role requirements.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and site HR teams.
- Maintain timely candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Track candidate status, interview outcomes, offers, background checks, drug screens, and start dates.
- Support job posting updates and refreshes as needed.
- Assist with recruiting events, hiring days, and site-based interview blocks.
- Partner with HR Managers, HR Generalists, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition to support weekly hiring goals.
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume direct labor roles.
- Escalate barriers such as low applicant flow, candidate drop-off, slow hiring manager feedback, or compensation concerns.
- Provide weekly recruiting activity updates, including applicants reviewed, phone screens completed, interviews scheduled, offers extended, and starts.
- 1 to 3 years of recruiting, HR coordination, staffing, or candidate sourcing experience.
- Experience supporting hourly, direct labor, warehouse, production, or manufacturing recruiting strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities at one time.
- Comfortable conducting phone screens and speaking with candidates throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track candidate activity accurately.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and move quickly in a high-volume environment.
- Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or staffing agency recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring campaigns.
- Experience scheduling plant interviews, hiring events, or walk-in interview days.
- Familiarity with direct labor roles, shift work, and hourly hiring challenges.
