Bodell Construction an Aecon Company is currently seeking experienced Concrete Formers to join our growing construction team. If you have experience building and installing concrete forms, working safely on active construction sites, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

\n
• Construct, install, and remove concrete forms for foundations, walls, slabs, columns, and other structures
\n
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
\n
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork using hand and power tools
\n
• Assist with placing and finishing concrete as required
\n
• Ensure formwork is properly aligned and braced
\n
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Previous experience as a Concrete Former or Form Carpenter
\n
• Knowledge of concrete forming systems and construction techniques
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
\n
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
\n
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
\n
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
\n
