Your Role

As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will be essential in assisting our patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health.

Your duties will encompass:

• Delivering thorough and compassionate preventive dental hygiene care
• Establishing trusting relationships with patients
• Educating patients on oral health and home care practices
• Reviewing and documenting patient health and dental histories
• Taking necessary radiographs and conducting periodontal assessments
• Identifying oral health issues and communicating findings with the dental team
• Collaborating effectively with the dentist and the entire practice team
• Creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

• Valid Minnesota Dental Hygiene licensure
• Strong clinical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
