Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this onsite position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Focus on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training to promote safety and independence among seniors in assisted living and memory care settings.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Provide education and guidance to residents and their families regarding therapy processes and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Working Conditions

This role is performed onsite, allowing for direct interaction with residents and the healthcare team.
