Job Overview

Here’s what you can expect from this position:

• $350 Home Time Guarantee if we fail to meet your scheduled home time.
• Guaranteed home for two consecutive nights each week—stay out longer if you choose.
• Average starting pay of $1,680/week (for those with 2+ years of experience) — consistent, dedicated freight.
• You will have your own assigned truck, which is a late-model vehicle (average fleet age: 2 years).
• Our dispatch team is responsive and knows you by name.

Compensation and Miles

• Pay ranges from 58-70 cents per mile (depending on experience).
• Average weekly mileage is between 2,300–2,500 miles (with potential for over 3,000).
• Compensation includes payment for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
• Merit pay available within the first 60 days.
• Annual longevity pay increases.
• Referral bonuses offered.

Your Truck

You will be driving a late-model International LT625 (average fleet age: 2 years) that is fully automatic and equipped with:

• SiriusXM All Access
• CB Radio
• APU inverter
• Refrigerator and optional in-cab Wi-Fi with TV mount

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• A minimum of 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
• Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
• A clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
