Job Type:

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Expect to work a total of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to discuss during the interview.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to assess movement dysfunction and identify root causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Administering skilled interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
  • Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting your methods based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery process.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in the state of practice).
  • A strong passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • CPR and first aid certification is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient clinic; no new graduates will be considered.
  • Proven clinical competency in evaluating and treating orthopedic and sports-related conditions, as well as neurological and balance disorders in an outpatient rehabilitation setting; experience with pediatric orthopedic populations is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:

Salary ranges from $88K to $112K+, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
