Position Overview

Are you seeking greater flexibility in your nursing schedule? Do you want the opportunity to work across multiple facilities within your local area? Our organization is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float Pool program, providing care at our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities! As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions, ensuring their safety and promoting the highest possible levels of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, all in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and our organizational standards.

Each Float Pool RN will be assigned to a specific group of facilities and should be prepared to travel between them.

To qualify as a Float Pool RN, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Willingness to work at all facilities within the assigned group.
  • Availability for at least two different shifts (Day, Evening, or Night).
  • Commitment to working a minimum of two weekend shifts each month.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
