Quick Facts: Location: Madison, WI Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 01/31/2027 Shift: 12-hour day shifts; 6p-6a; 7 days/week with tele call in-house Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Contract Licensure: Board Certified or eligible (within 2 years), Wisconsin license preferred (IMLC accepted) Experience: 1-3 years preferred, high-risk OB experience advantageous Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $227.76/hr Pay Packages: Regular (bill rate up to 1.3x), OT at 1.3x, holiday pay at 1.3x (schedule applies) Benefits: Competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), travel & licensure reimbursements, inclusive and supportive team environment, paid sick time, robust referral bonuses What You’ll Do: Provide full scope OB/GYN services, including high-risk obstetrics, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care Perform C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and gynecological procedures (e.g., IUD insertions/removals, Pap smears) Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including residents, medical students, CNMs, and FP colleagues Manage obstetric emergencies and complex cases such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, fetal anomalies, and preterm labor Provide consults and support for GYN oncology and NICU when necessary Participate in on-site call schedule, remaining in-house during shifts What You Need: Required: Board Certified or eligible (within 2 years) in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications Wisconsin medical license or eligible to obtain At least 1-2 years of clinical OB/GYN experience preferred Preferred: Experience with high-risk pregnancies and complex case management Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment: Join a regional leading facility in Madison, WI, renowned for excellence in maternity and gynecological care.
