Position Details

• Location: Sylva, NC
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Grade Levels: K-12
• Setting: Onsite Only
• Primary Responsibilities: Assessments and Evaluations

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12.
• Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and special education teams.
• Provide recommendations to support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active North Carolina School Psychologist licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills.
