We are seeking a dedicated professional to be an integral part of our patients' treatment journey. As a Registered Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, assess, and provide services based on a treatment plan established by a physician. You will also oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments, which may involve OASIS data elements, to determine the patient's physical functioning and need for therapy services.
  • Collaborating with physicians and engaging with patients and caregivers to develop a care plan aimed at maximizing rehabilitation potential.
  • Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants in implementing the physical therapy program.
  • Documenting visit notes and instructions accurately.
  • Monitoring and reporting any significant changes in the patient's condition to the physician and communicating these updates to the care team.
  • Ensuring all services are documented in accordance with agency policies.
  • Providing the agency with necessary documentation, including proof of licensure and registration, to verify your qualifications.
  • Adhering to all applicable state, federal, local, and agency regulations, policies, and procedures, including HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.
  • Current licensure/registration as a Physical Therapist in the State of Texas.
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least one year of experience working under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
  • This position is part of our Driver Safety Program, requiring a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of 100,000/300,000/100,000.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range provided below is a good faith estimate of the starting base salary for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of posting. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and/or company performance.
