Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your success will be driven by:

  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to assess movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Implementing skilled interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
  • Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting your methods based on progress and clinical observations.
  • Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery process.
Qualifications

To qualify for the Physical Therapist position, you should have:

  • A valid Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one in your state).
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, either as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $85K to $112K, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for certifications. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
