Contract Details : Job Title : SITE MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY TEAM LEADER Type of contract : Long-term At-will Expected Hiring Date : ASAP Shift Requirements: B Shift (7:30pm – 7am) Responsibilities : Monitor work environment and mentor employee actions to ensure safe working conditions. Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and effective operation of the IMS. Ensure compliance with the training of associates following the corresponding procedure as well as daily compliance with standardized work, work instructions. Monitor production schedule to ensure that parts are available for Assembly. Ensure World Class part quality is delivered to all customers. Communicate IPI indicators. Ensure Associates are provided with proper tools/support to deliver a World Class product. Relieve Operators as needed. Provide direction / assign tasks to operators. Report any safety or performance issues to Shift Manager. Ideal Candidate Profile : HS Diploma or GED Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Assembly environment. Automotive experience is a plus.
