Mechatronics & Robotics Technician Fort Wayne, IN | Full Time | On-Site Pay: $26.87/hr Job Description We're hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You'll have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Candidates must be flexible to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Key Responsibilities: Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used. Track and store department inventory Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician looking to grow their career with a stable, well-established employer offering weekly pay and full benefits starting on day one.
