Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join a busy patient-focused office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service.
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required. Medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate with strong receptionist, office, or customer service experience.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and check in patients
  • Answer calls and assist with patient questions
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Prepare patient charts and update records
  • Manage provider schedules and office calendars
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out
  • Communicate with patients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front office
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable
  • Receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Medical, dental, or eye care experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
