Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves delivering restorative and therapeutic occupational therapy services to senior residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute treatment plans as directed by an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and support their functional mobility.
• Promote safety measures to enhance the well-being of residents.
• Contribute to improving the overall quality of life for senior residents.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff in a nurturing environment focused on growth and community well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
