Job Description
Trillium Construction is seeking a Crane Operator near Boone, IA.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n • Operate telescopic crawler cranes for lifting and material placement
\n • Perform full crane setup and breakdown, including counterweights, boom configuration, and attachments
\n • Configure crane systems for each lift, including boom length, radius, and load charts
\n • Safely execute lifts in accordance with load charts and jobsite conditions
\n • Perform pick-and-carry operations where required
\n • Conduct pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance checks
\n • Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and site supervision
\n • Maintain compliance with all safety standards and company procedures
Pay: $43
\n Per Diem: $150 / day for days worked
\n Schedule: Mon - Sat, some Sundays, 60h+ / week

\nQualifications
\n • NCCCO (or equivalent) Crane Operator Certification – Crawler
\n • Minimum 3 years of seat time on comparable cranes
\n • Verifiable experience operating TCC-series and/or Link-Belt 298 class equipment
\n • Strong understanding of crane load charts and lift planning
\n • Ability to perform full machine setup independently
\n • OSHA 10 Certification
\n • Bilingual is a plus
\n - Equipment Experience Required
\n • GTC2000-series telescopic crawler cranes
\n • Link-Belt 298 class cranes or similar tonnage machines
\n • Hydraulic boom systems with jib configurations
\n • Self-assembly crane systems (hydraulic pinning, counterweights, track setup)
\n • Computer Systems / Controls
\n • Proficient with LMI / RCL (Load Moment Indicator / Rated Capacity Limiter) systems
\n • Ability to input and verify crane configurations in onboard computer systems
\n • Experience reading and interpreting digital load charts
\n • Familiar with touchscreen operator displays and camera systems
\n • Ability to recognize and respond to system warnings and faults
