Olsten Staffing is currently seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators for a growing facility in Laurinburg, NC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 6:30am-5:30pm
Saturday: 6:30am - 5:30pm
Overtime may be required.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
- Monitor equipment to ensure machines are producing high-quality products
- Ensure production runs efficiently and at full capacity
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Follow Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Report equipment issues or concerns to the work leader or supervisor
- Follow all EWPI safety rules and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent attendance and reliability required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read machine and electrical layouts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Weekly pay
