Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom .
- Calculate wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Verify time and attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and handle payroll adjustments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, including reconciliations and tax filings.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Paycom software is required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
