Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Description
Assignment Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 10, 2027
Schedule: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week
Student Population: K-12
Caseload: Approximately 65–70 students district-wide
Buildings: 4 locations -Elementary, Secondary, Virtual Program, Private School serviced by the district
Student Needs: All disabilities
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary school caseload for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and values collaboration within a strong team environment.
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, intervention, and consultation services to students in grades K–5. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills that support academic and social success.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to K–12 students
- Drop-in services/support
- Initial evaluations
- Re-evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Service students across all 4 district locations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates of varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.
